Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing

RCM is the process of managing claims, payment and revenue generation. RCM encompasses everything from determining patient insurance eligibility and collecting co-pays to properly coding claims.

Job Description:

Use data to produce and submit claims to insurance companies
Check authorization for procedures to be performed.
Verify patients’ insurance coverage
Submit medical claims to insurance companies on a timely basis.
Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle time frame.
Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain missing information
Analyze reports and update daily status reports
Communicate with clients over phone and email.

Sr. Team Lead / Team Lead

Job Description:

Experience in handling and Monitoring Multiple Teams, Team Leads and Team Members
Lead the team, allocate the work and at the same time work as Team player for assigned tasks
Responsible to get work done for assigned Clients/Accounts and report to Manager
Responsible to Supervise multiple Teams and Team Leads
Regularly communicate with Client contacts to ensure healthy business Relations

Experience in leading the Customer support team in US healthcare IT is preferable but not mandatory
